WHO ARE WE?​

We’re a team of musicians based in Chicago, handling event music planning across multiple cities. Our top-notch, auditioned musicians ensure the best talent. We manage booking, ensemble choices, and special requests, so our musicians can focus on delivering amazing music for your event!

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?

Cancel within 5 days for a full refund. After that, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used within 24 months for any event, including private parties, weddings, anniversaries, and more.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SPACE AND EQUIPMENT?

A string ensemble needs minimal space. A quartet requires 10’x6’ and a trio needs 6’x6’. Each musician needs one armless chair, set up before our arrival. A designated area for personal belongings helps keep the performance space tidy.

DO PERFORMERS NEED A BRAKE?

We generally allocate around 10 minutes per hour (excluding ceremony-only bookings).

HOW DO I PAY?

To get an accurate quote, please fill out our form by clicking here. We’ll contact you via email to discuss details and provide an invoice. We accept payments by check, direct deposit, or credit card through Paypal (3% fee for non-deposit payments).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Reserve your date by signing and submitting the contract with a deposit payment through the provided link. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email to select your music using a “Music Worksheet” form. This form ensures all event details are captured, including timing, order, cues, and special requests. As your event nears, your local Music Coordinator will reach out to finalize any remaining details and serve as your main contact. Then, relax and enjoy your event knowing everything is set for a seamless and memorable experience!

HOW ABOUT THE TRAVEL EXPENSES?

The travel is free for destinations less than 25 miles from downtown of the listed city. For destinations over 25 miles, there is a travel fee of $1 per mile per musician. For instance, if the destination is 60 miles away, there would be a $60 charge per musician for travel.

WHAT ENSEMBLES DO YOU HAVE?​

We offer a variety of ensemble options to suit your event needs: a traditional String Quartet with 2 violins, 1 viola, and 1 cello; a versatile String Trio featuring 2 violins and 1 cello, or alternatively 1 violin, 1 viola, and 1 cello depending on musical selections without compromising quality; a charming String Duo comprising 1 violin and 1 cello; and Solo performances on violin, cello, or piano. We are flexible and happy to customize ensembles to perfectly match your preferences and event atmosphere. Feel free to inquire about tailored arrangements to enhance your occasion.

DO YOU PERFORM OUTDOOR?

Due to the high value and sensitivity of string instruments to environmental conditions like rain, direct sunlight, and temperatures below 60 degrees Fahrenheit, it is essential that musicians are provided with shelter from rain and direct sunlight during performances. Conditions must ensure no precipitation and a minimum temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent any potential damage to these instruments.
